Dr. Drakeford is an Educational Trainer/Consultant. With 35+ years of dedicated service to the educational needs of others, she currently serves as Co-Founder and President of Eagle Life Learning Foundation Incorporated to help non-traditional learners use their intellectual strengths to thrive academically, intellectually, socially and emotionally.

Eagle Life Learning looks at each scholar and that scholar’s achievement from a gifts and talents perspective. Building on the strengths that the scholar displays, we incorporate social and emotional learning strategies to enhance the use of the scholar’s learning styles and multiple intelligences to process information and for information retrieval.
As the scholar experiences increased academic success, their stress is reduced and confidence is gained. The creation of the scholar’s personal learning plan focuses on the specific differentiations they need to enable their cognitive momentum.
